Refund Policy

30 days, no questions asked

You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. This applies to new licenses and to maintenance renewals.

To request a refund, email Support@competitioncontrols.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout. You can also request it through the Polar order email.

How it works

• Refunds are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our reseller and merchant of record, to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
• A refunded license is revoked, so the software stops generating reports. A refunded maintenance renewal ends that renewal year; you keep the Versions you were already entitled to before the renewal.
• After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. We will always fix duplicate charges and billing errors.
